  Hidden along the busy street of Burwood, Sydney Dumpling King looks like just the average ordinary chinese takeaway shop.
  However, at tasting the dumplings and the pancake, tasted exceptionally flavoursome (to my surprise tbh).
  The service was I guess you could say.... the typical asian restaurant service haha. So I wasn't expecting anything much, so no hard feelings there.
  Unfortunately, I was feeling quite full that day and couldn't eat too much. So I'll probably come back another day to fully satisfy myself.

  A hidden gem in Burwood. If you love dumplings, this place is awesome! A must try for lovers of Asian food. The dumplings come in a wide range of fillings that were delicious. You could also choose between steamed and pan fried dumplings for a really interesting crunchy taste. Also had some soup and an Asian salad that was even more delicious. Complimentary green tea and condiments available. The chilli dip was tangy but hot. Also be careful of the dumplings when they first arrive...they're hot from the steam trapped inside, so allow a few minutes for them to cool down a bit. Tip: pierce the dumplings with your chopsticks to allow the steam to escape. Otherwise a thoroughly lovely place to enjoy dumplings. The service was prompt and food reasonably priced. Will definitely do again.

  Dumplings made fresh on site very nice and tasty.
  It appears to be a bit dirty.
  Communication skills of some of the staff need some work.
  But it's reasonable priced a good filling meal one serving of dumplings.

  This is OK, I guess. A friend and I had dinner in Burwood, and we ordered:
  - seafood salad with chives, eggs, and vermicelli
  - fried noodles with vegetables and chicken
  
  The food came out quickly, and there was a lot of it! Our bill came to $22, and we had tons -- a full solid meal left over. Unfortunately, I'm not too convinced about the taste. The noodles were a bit dry. And both dishes were kinda bland... I used so much vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil for it to taste like something.
  
  Service was pretty prompt and efficient. Not sure if I'll be back, I think I'll explore the other places in Burwood first.

  This place is the best cheap eat in the area. The asian salad rocks and the dumplings are tasty. Usually for 2 people you pay about $30 and walk out full. Don't come here for the ambience there is none. It's simple, full of Asians and quick.
